This website has been put together to show the exercises that I believe to be the best for each of the main muscle groups. It will be updated as soon as I find a better exercise to replace the existing one.

Via a free weekly E-letter you can also receive tips, news and reviews etc which will all have your best interests at heart.

When deciding which exercises were best to include in this web-site, you can be assured I didn’t just pick them at random and say "this will do!".  My years of experience (see my about me page), views from other regular fitness fanatics and a lot of research from books and the World Wide Web etc played a large part in building this site.

I then simply picked the best for each muscle group whilst taking in to account these main attributes:

1: The exercises must be as effective for the novice as it is for the ‘expert’.

2: I personally have seen the benefits.

3: That I can give you the viewer enough factual information about the exercise to enable you to carry it out correctly, safely, and also so you will feel that you can vary it yourself to allow for your fitness level and for what you are trying to achieve from it.

This site is here not just so that you can get your body to its best visually but by following these exercises it will improve your strength, health and, just as importantly, your mind.

I have found that exercising has improved my mind massively. Because of this I have encouraged people, even if their body is in an ‘ok’ state, to try exercising to improve their mental health. By mental health I mean things such as: tiredness (yes it can improve this!), stress, forgetfulness and its main benefactor, depression.

I cannot be held responsible for any injuries etc received from any of the exercises on this web-site. Nothing on this site has been introduced to the world by me, it is simply me doing my research and choosing what I believe to be the ‘pick of the bunch’.
